Had a really good experience working with Matt at Agilis Search. He was easy to talk to, kept me in the loop throughout, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right fit rather than just pushing roles.

Communication with Matt was solid and he gave helpful insights along the way. He has got really helpful and well curated tools to help candidate prepare and smash interviews confidently. I will definitely recommend working with him, either as a client seeking to fill a skills gap, or a candidate seeking to pivot your career and land your dream role.

Matt reached out to me with a local opportunity that matched my CV and Skillset. The position turned out to be the perfect fit so he submitted my CV to the company and helped me through the interview process with helpful insights and interview material. Even after I got the role Matt kept in touch to ensure everything on the bureaucracy side of things was proceeding smoothly. I really appreciated the work that Mark has done for me and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his help again if ever needed!

Matt Perks from the team reached out to me regarding a local vacancy he’d found that matched my CV skillset. He arranged interview and kept in contact with along the way, sending me invaluable documents to prepare myself for the interview, which I’m pleased to say was successful and I’ll be stating the the company soon. None of this would have happened without Matt’s help.

I have known Amy at Agilis professionally for several years now as both a candidate and an employer, she takes the time to get to know you and your requirements to match the right roles with the right people.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the support Amy gave me throughout my job search. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me secure a role that genuinely matched my experience and goals, including negotiating the salary I wanted.

What meant the most to me was her kindness and understanding when I couldn’t attend my first interview due to a family bereavement. She handled everything with such care and professionalism, which made a difficult time much easier.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a recruiter who truly cares and goes the extra mile. Thank you Amy! 😊

After more than 20 years in my previous role, changing jobs felt genuinely daunting. Matt was fantastic throughout the process — professional, supportive, and easy to deal with.

The pre-interview documentation and preparation made a huge difference and really helped settle my nerves. I felt informed, prepared, and supported at every step, and as a result I’ve secured a new role that I’m genuinely excited about.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency, especially to anyone making a big career move after many years.
