Why did we create Agilis?

With over 50 years of combined recruitment experience, we’ve witnessed firsthand what works and what really doesn’t work when it comes to connecting great people to the right teams. After 10 years of knowing each other, what brought us together was a shared set of values, a passion for doing recruitment the right way, and a belief that relationships should always come first. When the chance arose to create something more meaningful, more flexible, and more human-focused, we grabbed it with both hands. After seven successful years running Attwood Perks, a specialist tech recruitment consultancy, Matt teamed up with Amy and Paul — both seasoned recruitment experts in their own right — and together, Agilis Search was born.
