Our pricing, payment terms and rebate function is designed with social impact in mind. We offer the following enhanced commercial terms for any exclusive vacancies that we are engaged to recruit. In return for exclusivity clients will receive these beneficial terms, alongside the full recruitment service, including search approach work to passive job seekers, job board advertising, skills assessment, shortlisting, interview coaching plus offer and onboarding support.
Significantly reduced recruitment fees
- 10% for Charities, NGOs & Social Enterprises
- 15% for Foundations, Trusts & other Nonprofits
Applicable at all salary levels for permanent and fixed-term roles.
Affordable Payment Plan
We understand that cash flow is an issue with most organisations and therefore we offer a six month payment plan, so the cost of the recruitment is spread across half a year.
Enhanced Guarantee Period
We are very conscious that each piece of recruitment needs to stick! We have extended our guarantee period from 3 months to 6 months so if the new recruit leaves within the first six months* then we will recruit the role again for free.
