Amy began her recruitment career in 2009 and there is one guiding principle which has lead to her success within the industry and that is – recruitment is a relationship-lead process. During this time she has played a key role within the finance and accountancy sector across the Eastern region working with some of the regions most prestigious companies and leading talent. Amy is quality-focused and immensely passionate about developing deep market knowledge ensuring an accurate and efficient service built around trust. In her spare time, Amy will ideally be by the coast with her young family, enjoying an Aperol Spritz from time-to-time.
