She’s passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a personal service with the human touch that can sometimes be lost in modern recruitment.
After 15 successful years with a large national recruitment business, Rebecca joined Agilis for a fresh challenge. The team’s values, culture and approach closely align with her own, and she loves being part of a business built on expertise, integrity and personality.

Outside work, Rebecca enjoys travelling with her husband and two boys and is happiest in the water, open-water swimming year-round. Mermaid or madness? The jury’s still out!
